Website information

The website introduces Silver Leaf Events, its event services, package options and the Silver Leaf Events Planner. We aim to keep the information accurate and useful, but service descriptions, images, availability and package information may be updated from time to time.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the requirements stated in the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement have been completed.

Services, packages and pricing

Website descriptions provide a general overview. Final services, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, travel requirements and event-specific arrangements will be set out in the written documents issued for your event. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement governs the booked event services.

Client portal

The Silver Leaf Events Planner is intended for authorised booked clients and other users expressly approved by Silver Leaf Events. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity conducted through your account. You may not share access with an unauthorised person or attempt to view another client's information. Please notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or client portal to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights or submit harmful content;
• interfere with the website, security controls or another user's access;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access; or
• copy, scrape or exploit website content for commercial purposes without permission.
