Susan planned my parter and my engagement party recently and it was truly phenomenal! Susan was incredibly thorough and made the entire process completely stress free. We are based in The Netherlands, so it was quite daunting to plan an event back in South Africa from here, but I never had to worry about anything. I met Susan when me and my husband were looking at the Venue to get married. I couldn't see her a lot as I stayed far away. But that didn't stop anything, she assisted us with everything. All I can say is she exceeded my expectations, in every detail. I don't know where to start. She really cares about you as a person. She is the heart, she brings warmth to any place. Every detail was so perfect, it was like the fairytale I dreamed of. The photos I sent, the ideas that we had. She organised everything, and on the day of our wedding it came out better than we asked for. We had tears of joy. She was there assisting us the whole day of the wedding, taking care of our needs, and things we didn't expect to happen, she was hands on and fixed it. Dear Susan. Thank you very much for the professional support given to Joanne and myself for our event 15 May 2025. The build up to the event, multiple questions, multiple visits; you showed patience and kindness through every step. We stayed at the hotel, where the event was hosted. Again you hosted us with such ease, nothing was too much of an effort for you. The execution of the special day, we hosted 60 delegates, the organisation was seamless well signed, guests well received, the staff were very friendly.
